How does a request reach me
On WhatsApp and in Requests here, with the device, the fault, the photos and the governorate. You quote a range, days and cover, or pass. The customer picks without seeing names.
What if I open it and find more
Press Found more on the booking. Say what you found and the new range. The customer answers in the app and nothing more is done until they do. If they decline, you return it at the original price or the diagnostic fee.
What does quoting cost
Nothing. The commission applies only to a job you win and complete. Passing costs nothing either, and counts as answered.
When am I paid
Every Tuesday for jobs confirmed complete the week before, less the commission. The statement lists every job and the request or booking behind it.
What if I cannot take work today
Use the pause switch on your overview. Requests and bookings stop until the date you set. Three passes a month let you cancel a confirmed booking without it counting.
On your phone. Add this page to your home screen and it opens like an app. Accept, quote, mark ready and pause work from there. Products, statements and people are easier on a desktop.
