Quick replies
Runs through Machina+ and reaches Sara in the app and on WhatsApp. Keep it on the job, phone numbers stay hidden. Reply inside 2 hours in your hours.
A booking waits until you confirm the slot, inside the hour in your working hours. The customer paid Machina+ at booking, or has a card on file for a quote. Every price is itemised, labour and parts, and approved in their app. Revise it when parts go up or down and nothing more is done until they approve. For visits the customer reads you a code on arrival and a code to close the job. The amount less the 10% commission lands in your Tuesday payout.
